Each project includes reasonable revisions oriented to the initially contracted scope.
Structural changes, new features, complete redesigns, or requests outside original scope will be considered additional work and quoted independently.

If the client stops responding, fails to provide necessary information, or interrupts communication for more than thirty (30) calendar days, the project may be considered paused.
Resuming the project may require new planning, timeline readjustment, or additional fees.
After ninety (90) days of inactivity, the project may be considered abandoned and payments made will not be refundable.
Delivery of files, admin credentials, databases, source code, and other assets will take place only after full project payment is received.
Until full payment is settled, all ownership rights remain under Alejandro Nes.
Upon full payment, the client obtains usage and ownership rights over the expressly contracted work.
